The morning that my mom passed away, having no arrangements made, I called and Becca became my saving grace. Her calmness and empathy in that moment was exactly what I needed. Throughout the entire process she was easy to work with, accommodating, and kept our every wish for moms funeral in mind. Though she couldn’t be with us on the day of the funeral, Cassie stepped in to guide us that day and again, just a superb job. I truly want to thank these ladies for helping to make such a tough time, just a little better!

This is 2nd person, but close enough. Frank took care of my niece back in 2010. Her death was due to an unfortunate accident so was completely unexpected. To this day, Frank's kindness, compassion, and professionalism are still spoken of quite highly by my brother and his family.
